Recommend a Friend Scheme

• The referred friend must book a holiday with SixStarCruises  and accept our terms and conditions.
• The referred friend must quote the referring friend’s name during the booking process along with the promotion to receive the programme incentive.
• The referring friend must be a current member of SixStarCruises Elite programme
• To be eligible the referred friend must be a new customer to SixStarCruises and other WTH (UK) brands including Cruise118.com and RiverVoyages.co.uk
• The referrer and referee will receive the incentive within 28 days of the referee paying the full balance of their holiday
• You cannot refer yourself or any member of your direct family e.g. spouse or anyone that lives at the same address as yourself
• Please check that your friend is happy to hear about this promotion from SixStarCruises before referring our services.
• This promotion is not to be published on online forums or websites for public use. Any codes found to be freely available online and not a genuine referred friend, will be deactivated and you will be removed from the program with immediate effect.
• We will withhold rewards and Gift Cards if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.  This includes marketing the promotion offer on discount code sites or running marketing activity, including paid-for activity, via social media beyond genuine offers to friends or family or via pay per click campaigns. 
• SixStarCruises may change, extend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.
• If the referred friend has already booked with SixStarCruises  they will not be eligible for the incentive retrospectively.

Upgrade Your Horizon offer is capacity controlled and applies to new bookings only made between 2 January and 29 February 2024. Guests will receive a FREE 2-Category Suite Upgrade, up to a Penthouse Suite (Category A), on applicable voyages† as well as a Reduced 7.5% Deposit** Reduced 7.5% deposit is applicable to guests sailing Deluxe Window through to Master Suites (Category MS-H) only. 7.5% Reduced Deposit is not applicable to Regent Suite Guests or guests booked on voyages with 50+ nights. and guests booking Seven Seas Grandeur™ inaugural season sailings.

Terms & Conditions
1) The "Promoter" is SixStarCruises whose registered office is at 110A & 112-114 Market St. Chorley, United Kingdom, PR7 2SL.

2) The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5) Only one entry will be accepted per person.

6) Closing date for entry will be 30/09/2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7) No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

9) The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10) The prize is as follows:

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11) Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.

12) The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. If no winners respond the prize will be forfeited.

13) The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

14) The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15) The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the United Kingdom law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

16) The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current United Kingdom data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

18) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Privacy Policy found on the Promoter’s website or available on request.

19) Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

20) SixStarCruises shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
