Genoa Aquarium

The Genoa Aquarium, or Acquario di Genova as it is known locally, is one of Genoa's most popular and frequently visited tourist destinations. Located at the old harbour, the aquarium is the largest of its kind in Italy covering an area of around 33,000 square feet and welcoming more than 1.2 million guests every year. The attraction is home to 70 different exhibits displaying a variety of species of intriguing marine creatures.

Grande Bigo Arial Ride

Guests who choose to go on the Grande Bigo Arial Ride will be rewarded with amazing panoramic views across the city of Genoa and the old harbour. A slowly revolving lift carries passengers to the very top of the Grande Bigo from the harbour below.

The Galeone Neptune

Located in the old harbour is the Galeone Neptune, a colossal replica of a 17th century pirate ship. Guests can learn more about the pirates of the 17th century aboard this magnificent attraction, which was originally built for Roman Polanski's 1986 movie titled ‘Pirates'.
