Hiking trails criss-crossing upon the hills will lead you to outstanding spots for getting a good look at over 123 species of birds, whilst a boat ride up and down the coast can give you the rare opportunity to observe sea-lions and fur-seals in their natural habitats.

Delacolline Winery

If you head up the winding trail of the Whillas Road, you can find this traditional winery nestled amongst the hills, overlooking a vivid patchwork of lavender fields, grape vines and the azure expanse of the sea. The wine isn't bad either.

A sterling collection rotates throughout the seasons, making your visit truly special, and the rare and vintage wines tucked away at the bottom of the cellar that are sure to tantalise your taste buds.
