Oceania Regatta Cruises
Joining Oceania Cruises in 2003, Oceania Regatta is the flagship of the fleet and was the first of three identical "R" Class ships that are now operating for the line with sister ships Insignia and Nautica. Sophisticated, stylish and distinctly mid-size, which allows her to slip into more remote ports of call, the 684-guest Regatta is specifically designed to provide an intimate cruise experience whilst providing guests with superb cuisine, outstanding facilities, thoughtfully designed accommodations and extraordinary levels of personalised service achieved by having a ratio of two staff members for every three guests.
Dining is a central highlight of any Oceania Cruises voyage - and on board Oceania Regatta there are four open seating restaurants to choose from allowing you the freedom to dine whenever, wherever and with whomever you wish. Simply request a table when it pleases you, and the maître d' will see to your wishes. The elegant Grand Dining Room is the main restaurant, where waiters impeccably serve an astonishing variety of French-inspired Continental dishes, course after course. Polo Grill is Oceania Cruises most popular alternative restaurant where guests enjoy the finest dry-aged prime beef, chops and poultry, plus succulent seafood, including Maine lobster whilst Toscana is the line's upscale Italian venue serving authentic Tuscan fare. The Terrace Café offers a casual, more informal alternative with both indoor and al fresco. There is also Waves, a poolside grill serving lunch.
When it comes to evening entertainment on Oceania Regatta, it centres round the main Lounge where everything from headline acts to comedians and magicians to lively jazz ensembles may perform. There are eight lounges and bars to choose from including Horizons Observation Lounge and a plush on board casino.
For recreation on board Oceania Regatta there is a large heated pool and three whirlpool spas, plus a state-of-the-art fitness facility where you may work out on the latest fitness equipment or join a class in indoor cycling, aerobics, yoga or Pilates. For some pure indulgence the famed Canyon Ranch SpaClub is where you can really lose yourself. There are treatments for every part of the body and ways to improve the mind such as acupuncture, aromatherapy, Ayurveda massage, Thai massage, Shiatsu massage and body wraps plus there is a thalassotherapy pool, steam room, fitness track, and beauty salon plus Canyon Ranch cuisine at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Oceania Regatta has 342 lavish suites and luxurious staterooms, 93% of which have ocean views, and nearly 70% having a private balcony. All are beautifully appointed with rich Wenge walnut panelling and supple designer fabrics and fine furnishings whilst amenities include a flat-screen television with DVD player, mini-bar with complimentary unlimited soft drinks and bottled water replenished daily, thick cotton robes and slippers, and French toiletries. Suite guests benefit from a whole host of additional amenities including a welcome bottle of champagne, upgraded Bvlgari toiletries and 24-hour butler service.

Customer Reviews
Just returned and loved it! We had only been with P&O before so we weren’t really sure what the difference was going to be but we are now converted! The food, service and cabins were spot on. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and I put on 5lb in weight! Booking again for next year, going to try Marina
Oceania Regatta – we have travelled previously with Oceania and continue to love their small & intimate ships. The crew remembered us from last year and had our penthouse set out just the way we like it. Whilst onboard we dined Toscana – our favourite restaurant, me and my husband love Italian food and the ambience in there is second to none
I went for a Penthouse suite with my wife and son this time, we thoroughly enjoyed the smaller ship experience and would fully recommend, the suite was extremely spacious and exceptional value for money as we managed to get a complimentary upgrade to the top of the range suite as part of the “Explore Your World” campaign. We only ever book with Oceania as we prefer that more modern feel, and if you are looking for something a little special you need to book quick before the EYW promotion ends!
