Oceania Nautica is a Renaissance Class ship by Oceania Cruises. Built in 2000, she was acquired by Oceania Cruises in 2005 and refurbished in 2014.

One of our Six Star Cruise Concierge, Caroline Latham, went on-board Oceania Nautica for a look around. Caroline really liked this ship, likening the atmosphere to that of a luxury country club.

Even though Renaissance Class ships are around half the size of the newer Oceania Class ships, she still feels spacious in the communal areas. Oceania Nautica has a cosy feel, with realistic fireplaces and plush upholstery. Because the interior is so nice, Caroline would recommend this ship for cooler itineraries, as you’d probably spend less time on the top decks, and more time relaxing in the lovely indoor areas, such as the library.

The food on this ship is fantastic, with various restaurants serving interesting menus. The service is top notch too. One thing to be aware of is that the largest suites only have showers. This is quite unusual, so if you prefer to have the option of a bath, be sure to mention this to your Cruise Concierge when you book.

If you’d like more information on this ship, or any help with deciding which ship is right for you, our Cruise Concierge team will be happy to help. Just give us a call on 0207 980 2848.
