The Inegu Magras’ Inter-Oceans Museum is also worth visiting whilst on the island, as it is home to an astonishing collection of over 7000 colourful sea shells found across the island.
Forts
Two historic forts are situated on the island of St. Barts, each with a fascinating history and origins. Fort Karl overlooks the stunning Shell Beach, whilst Fort Gustav is located near to the island’s old lighthouse. Both of these cultural attractions are especially popular with hikers.
