Naval Station Norfolk
The Norfolk Naval Base is the largest naval station in the world and home to a total of 75 ships and 134 aircraft alongside 11 aircraft hangars and 14 piers. Virginia Zoological Park

Norfolk Botanical Garden
Originally known as the Norfolk Azalea Garden, the Norfolk Botanical Garden covers an area of around 150 acres and also incorporates a beautiful arboretum filled with stunning species plants and trees. The gardens contain a variety of delightful themed exhibits including a winter garden, tropical garden, sunken garden, Japanese garden and bicentennial rose garden. Taking a casual stroll and observing the beauty of this botanical wonderland is a fantastic way to spend a relaxing day.
