A Message to Our Customers

We are all now starting to adapt to the changes that the Coronavirus have brought to us, with many of us starting to think about life as we emerge from the crisis and returning to life as we know it, including our holiday plans…  

Since the date our first cruise was suspended, our team have continued to work tirelessly to support our customers with changes to their bookings. We’re still supporting our customers who were due to depart in the next 14 days. But, we’re still experiencing a high volume of calls and emails, so we sincerely apologise if it is taking longer than usual for us to help with your booking.  

We all hope it won’t be long until we see the first cruises back on the water. We are starting to see cruise lines share details of what cruising will be like when they return which we’ve been sharing in our newsletters. 

We’re also seeing more of our customers choosing to amend their bookings to a 2021 sailing, to take advantage of the generous Future Cruise Credits that are on offer. Our customers are enjoying having a holiday to look forward to, with a price that is locked in for next year. 

Our Cruise Concierge our enjoying supporting our customers as they plan their next sailing, many of our team have been with us since we started trading more than 10 years ago. With over a decade of cruise experience to share, our customers are relying on our advice and support more than ever. 

We recently asked our customers what they valued most from their travel agent. Access to exclusive deals and booking security protection were what our customers valued most highly.  We remain fully ABTA and ATOL protected, offering you peace of mind that when you book with us and as ever, we search for the best deals available to pass on to our customers whether they are rebooking or choosing to book for the first time. We’re looking forward to speaking to you soon and once more helping you with your travel plans!
