How accessible are the excursions in Alaska? We’re travelling on Regent Seven Seas with some elderly relatives.

There are a number of ports featured on Alaskan cruises with Regent Seven Seas and each offers a choice of excursions, some more strenuous than others.
Astoria, Oregon: If your relatives are able-bodied enough for a level of walking, the majority of the excursion for the port are classed by the lines as ‘Light Activity/Walking’. If not, there is a seated tour of the Astoria area available.
Tracy Arm Fjord and Glacier explorer: Perfect for less able-bodied travelers, this is a six-hour, seated cruise of the fjord.
Icy straight (Hoonah): The Forest Tram & Tribal Dance excursion is completely seated, as is the Hoonah Sightseeing and Tribal Dance excursion. The In Alaska’s Wildest Kitchen excursion is a seated, dining experience, while the tribal Dance and Cultural Legends excursion and the Whale and Marine Mammals Cruise are also completely seated activities.
Juneau: A port with a wide choice of accessible activities, primarily visits by air to glaciers and whale-watching expeditions. The Evening Whale-watching Quest and the Glacier Flightseeing excursion via floatplane are both ideal seated excursions, as is the Glacier Landing Adventure by Helicopter. The Mendenhall Glacier and Whale Quest does not involve walking, nor does the Whale-watching and Wildlife Quest.  There’s also the option of Taku Glacier Lodge Flight and Feast.
Ketchikan: There are a number of seated activities for this port, including culinary ones in the form of An Alaskan Chef’s Table and the Cruise George Inlet and Crab Feast. There’s also the option of Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show and two Misty Fjords explorations and a Bering Sea Crab Fisherman’s Tour.
Sitka: A port of call with a number of more strenuous activities, there are nevertheless a couple of seated excursions available; Salmon Sportfishing and Sea Otter Wildlife Quest.
Skagway: Another port with a lot of hands-on excursions but also a couple of seated exploration excursions, including a Taste of Skagway and White Pass Scenic Railroad.
