How formal are the evening meals on Regent? Do you have to wear evening dress?
The evenings on-board all Regent Seven Seas vessels are not classed as formal and the dress code for evenings is ‘Elegant casual’. For men, this means slacks and a collared shirt and for women skirt or slacks with blouse or sweater, dress or pants suit. This means that you won’t have to wear what is regarded as traditional or formal evening dress, for example, tuxedo for men and gown for women, though you can do so if you wish, particularly on selected formal and semi-formal evenings, which typically take place twice on cruises of 16 days or longer. Jeans, shorts, T-shirts or tennis shoes are not permitted as evening wear.
