Possessing more than 300 years of history, Explora Journeys launches its new premium brand into the luxury market ready for the next generation of extravagant travellers.
Launching in 2023, the first of four luxury ships will embark to explore the world’s most stunning destinations, with the rest of the fleet following in 2024, 2025 and 2026.
Built in partnership with the world’s finest luxury hospitality designers, each magnificent ship will provide the latest state-of-the-art technology to present travellers with the journey of a lifetime visiting destinations both on and off the beaten path, amongst the highest level of service and facilities.

Explora Journeys Fleet
This incredible four-ship strong fleet, will facilitate 1,000 passengers. The ships highlight the luxury of modern European craftsmanship and innovative detail throughout each of the 461 oceanfront suites and on-board locations. Breath-taking ocean-view suites provide floor to ceiling windows leading onto their own private balcony, beginning at 35 square metres, these spectacular living spaces are amongst the most spacious within this market in the luxury cruising industry.

Offering an abundance of spacious locations spread over fourteen decks, guests will be spoiled for choice with three outdoor pools and a retractable roofed indoor pool for all-weather convenience. Indoor and outdoor whirlpools are located over the promenade deck to enforce the ocean-inspired design to the forefront of the guest’s minds while relaxing amongst tranquil waters.
Guests who are looking to unwind will be well tended to within Explora Journeys’ spacious indoor and outdoor spa and fitness areas on-board. Treatment rooms, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, workout classes and personal training sessions, are all available for guests to personalise their on-board itinerary to suit personal preference.
Nine diverse restaurant options provide incredible dining variety at sea, with flexible dining preferences to suit any guest’s schedule, at no additional cost. Sustainably sourced ingredients from local partners ensure the highest quality products used within each culinary experience.
Design of Explora Journey
Choice of the typeface used delicately takes influence from gentle ocean waves whilst spirituality, fulfilment, and the journey of self-discovery all influence the intricately gentle design of the lotus flower, with an essence of the fleur-de-lis subtly weaving through European heritage for logo influence.
Technology and sustainability
Supporting the latest technological advances in environmental sustainability, Explora Journeys have ensured the fleet will utilise amenities as well as adapt any upcoming alternative energy solution facilities to assure best practice.

All four ships within the Explora Journeys fleet will be RINA DOLPHIN certified to reduce noise pollution beneath the surface of the water, whilst single-use plastics will not be issued on-board ships or on land while docked in port of calls to reduce waste leakage into host destination or waters. Catalytic reduction (SCR) technology provides the fleet with the advantage of reducing their nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions by 90%, whilst also reducing CO2 emissions by using marine gas oil to power each vessel.
