Therefore we’re delighted to announce a new part of our service. We’ve changed how we work to make sure we’re as efficient as possible, to deliver a better service direct to you. We’d like to introduce the Concierge Desk. This team is newly formed and ready to take your calls.
When you’ve booked your cruise with us, our Concierge Desk will not help you with any further enquiries or questions. If there’s anything you’d like to know about your booking or there’s something you would like to amend, just call the Concierge Desk on 0800 316 2467.
If you’re calling to make a booking, our Concierge Desk will put you straight through to a member of our existing Cruise Concierge team, who will still deliver the same tailored service to help you craft the ideal luxury cruise holiday that is right for you. If you know which Cruise Concierge you’d like to speak to, our Concierge Desk will happily put you through direct to that person.
We’ve made this change to ensure we continue to provide the best service possible. Delivering exceptional standards of customer service is the most important aspect of how we work.
