Azamara Club Cruises has announced that from 1 January 2015, it will be upgrading its Le Club Voyage loyalty programme to include a number of new and exclusive benefits for loyal guests.
New rewards available on cruises embarking from the New Year will include access to your own dedicated and attentive Le Club Voyage Ambassador – on-hand to listen, receive feedback and offer you the latest special offers and exciting opportunities on-board and in port. Other new incentives will include priority check-in for Discoverer level members, discounted stateroom upgrades and quarterly savings of 10 per cent on selected voyages.
The line is also making changes to the way in which it grants reward points, with guests earning more points than before whilst staying in Club Oceanview and Club Veranda staterooms. Also, rather than earning points towards free laundry services and internet access, guests will now be working towards complimentary nights – available when they book a seven-night or longer voyage within 12 months of reaching a new membership level.
In a post to its website, Azamara commented on the changes, saying: “The new benefits enhance rewards for members who are most loyal to the brand” and that the change is “the right long-term decision for our guests and brand.”
