Hot on the heels of the flurry of activity by ultra-luxury cruise aficionados to book a place on the line’s forthcoming Seven Seas Explorer, Regent Seven Seas Cruises has just announced details of where the much-talked about vessel – and indeed the rest of its fleet – will be during the summer and autumn of 2016.
Through the summer and autumn, the line will offer more than 60 different itineraries exploring Europe, Asia, Canada and New England, with its opulent fleet calling at 220 ports in 71 different countries, with a number of overnight stays in port included on certain itineraries.
As part of the line’s impressive roster for the latter half of next year, it will also be introducing three completely new Grand Voyages, including an epic 64 night Barcelona to Sydney cruise and a 47 night London to Copenhagen voyage. It’s this latter sailing on which you’ll be able to explore two of the most fascinating ports for the first time with Regent, as there will be debut calls in Nuuk and Qaqortoq in Greenland’s beautiful fjords region. Other new ports which will be visited for the first time during the summer and autumn 2016 season include, Gijon in Spain, Portoferraio and Gaeta in Italy and Papua New Guinea’s Alotau.
On selected sailings throughout the Mediterranean, Africa and Asia, Regent will introduce some brand-new experiences as part of its Extraordinary Land Program, including complimentary hotel stays and guided tours, which will help ensure that the experiences really do live up to their name, with immersive excursions in the Emirates among those on offer.
At SixStarCruises.co.uk we have an excellent selection of Regent Seven Seas sailings available during the 2016 summer and autumn season, including a number on the brand-new Seven Seas Explorer.
