Ultra-luxury cruise line Silversea celebrated its 20th anniversary recently with a Gala lunch aboard the Silver Cloud. The Silver Cloud was the first ship in the Silversea fleet and is currently moored on the River Thames in London – making here the perfect venue in which to commemorate 20 years of Silversea Cruises.
Held in conjunction with Silversea’s culinary partner Relais & Chateuax, the event was attended by loyal guests and VIPs. Relaise & Chateaux Grand Chef and two-Michelin-star Head Chef of Gidleigh Park Michael Caines MBE prepared a special menu just for the event, which consisted of Gazpacho soup, lobster, beef fillet and raspberry mousse.
