Can I book direct flights from my local airport?

It depends on your itinerary and where you cruise embarks, but our Cruise Concierge will be happy to discuss all flight options with you and find the best solution when you book.

Will transfers be included in my fare?

We'll make it clear when you book but with almost all itineraries transfers will be included in the advertised fare, and if not we can arrange alternative transfers for you.

Is it possible to book a disabled stateroom?

Facilities for disabled passengers vary by ship and by cruise line, but many do offer excellent services including adapted staterooms. Call our team for information on specific cruise lines.

My partner made our cruise booking, can I discuss it with you?

We'd be happy to discuss your cruise booking with you, all you need to provide is your booking reference. However only the lead passenger or credit/debit card holder can make amendments.

What are the cancellation charges?

Cancellation charges vary by cruise line, and increase the closer you get to your sail date. Call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

When will I be sent my booking confirmation and invoice?

You will receive an email confirming your booking within 24 hours. We will also send your invoice and statement for your booking within 21 days.

When and how will I receive my tickets?

You will receive your tickets between 7-10 days before you are due to sail. Depending on your cruise line you may receive your tickets in the post or via email, but speak to our team to find out more.

Do I need any vaccinations?

Any necessary vaccinations will depend on your itinerary and the destinations you visit. Our team can help you find out more, or you can check the Medical Advisory Service for Travellers Abroad (MASTA) who will give you a full Health Brief for a small charge (www.masta.org)

How much luggage can we take on our flight?

This will depend on your airline but usually you can take 20kg (44lb). You'll be required to pay a surcharge should your luggage exceed this limit. Most cruise lines do not have a luggage limit.

Which documents will I need to visit the USA?

If you are described as a "British Citizen" on the photo page in your passport you automatically qualify to enter the USA. If you are described as a "British Subject", "British National (Overseas)", "British Overseas Territories Citizen", "British Dependent Territories Citizen", "British Protected Person" or "British Overseas Citizen", you will need to arrange a visa. Our team will be more than happy to help you with this.

Will I need a visa for my cruise?

We'll be able to advise you on any visa requirements when you book. If you'd rather find out more now visit www.fco.gov.uk for more information.

Can I bring my own wheelchair?

Absolutely, you simply need to let us know of your requirements when you book, and request wheelchair assistance for embarkation.

What are the dining times?

This varies by cruise line, but most luxury cruise lines offer flexible dining times. We can advise on dining times for each cruise line when you book.

How many formal evenings will there be on my cruise?

The number of formal evenings, and the required dress code, varies by each cruise line. Find out more when you book by speaking to our Cruise Concierge.

How do I pay gratuities on-board?

For many luxury cruise lines your gratuities are included. For those that are not, they will automatically be added to your account on-board. If you wish to alter them in any way, you can speak to Guest Services on-board.

How old must children be to travel?

Most luxury cruise lines are not suited to young children with limited facilities aimed at them. However each cruise line has a different age limit so speak to our team for more details on a specific cruise line.

How do I check-in?

This will vary by port and by cruise line, but full details will be provided with your tickets. If you still have questions after receiving your tickets, our Concierge Desk can help.
